The Great Escape :: Preview 3 - The Alternative Escape

In our series of Great Escape festival previews, Little Indie's Neil Cole, Linn Branson and Leah Raymond cast an eye and ear over what will be happening on the stages next week in Brighton, and who they think are worth catching.

Leah Raymond concludes the three-parter with a look at some of the artists playing The Alternative Escape.

The Alternative Escape is like The Great Escape's little brother; set in fewer venues, and on a smaller scale, but with no less quality in the acts. And what's more, it's free. No wristband required - just turn up and enjoy.

There are around 10 venues participating as an Alt Escape host. Here are some of the best acts to catch from their line-up selections.
