Following the release of the 'Introspect' EP at the back end of last year, Bristol-based Harvey Causon now drops a new single.
Having been slowly rising up through the ranks with summer festival appearances at The Great Escape, Dot to Dot and 2000 Trees, Causon released 'Frisson' / 'Alliance' last week via independent Bristol label Leisure Records.
'Alliance' - this reviewer's favourite of the two tracks - marries an intriguing electronic combination of unobtrusive synths, vocal effects and dip and diving percussion, that collectively are hypnotically atmospheric.
