Track Of The Day :: Moses Gunn Collective - Back Into The Womb

If anything at all looks or sounds familiar about the Brisbane psych outfit Moses Gunn Collective, it might be worth looking back at our Track Of The Day earlier in the week featuring Morning Harvey.

Both bands involve guitarist Lewis Stephenson - who also produced this first single from the MGC debut album 'Mercy Mountain' which is due later in the year.

Following their EP, 'Morning Shakes' released late last year, and the experimental vibes of debut single 'Shalala', 'Back Into The Womb' - digitally available now - is a psych flavoured taste of floating dream-pop, harnessed with subdued hooks, and the affecting falsetto of Aidan Moore that draws you in to its cosmic haze.
