Track Of The Day :: Foreignfox - Frostbite

Released yesterday (March 14), 'Frostbite' is the new single by alt indie-folk four-piece Foreignfox. A warmly melodic tune with some fine vocal plumage courtesy of Johnny Watt. And not only is the song itself an instantly likeable one with its infectiously upbeat vibe, but the video for the track is one of those that you are just dying to see how it ends. In the visuals here, directed by Joe McTernan, in a live show setting, it's boy gives the girl the eye watching Foreignfox play, they have a few shots, do some drugs, a kiss or two, he throws up....er, as you do...

Following their debut EP of last year, 'We Float Like Sinking Ships', and playing GoNorth, Wickerman and Belladrum Festivals in their Scottish homeland - they hail from Dunfermline - Foreignfox blend the melancholic, with upbeat euphoric guitars and striking chorus in 'Frostbite' to make it one of those songs you can just imagine yourself being in a festival field somewhere on a sunny day, dancing around to.

Catch Foreignfox live at the following:

March 31: Glasgow Bloc
April 03: Newcastle Head Of Steam w/Fatherson
April 04: Stockton Calling
